Product Description:

Structure of bucket elevator system conveyor belt:
1.Steel Cord
2.Special rubber layer with good steel cord adhesion properties (skimmed layer)
3.Cover rubber (special quality requirement)
4.Ripstop or transversere inforcement: two or one steel breaker
5.bucket type or bag type
Features of bucket elevator system conveyor belt:
1.Few splices & transition areas
2.High breaking load at maximum conveying capacity
3.Wear resistant, rot- and corrosion-resistant, resistant to chemicals and thermally stable
4.Fire retardant and anti-static
5.Roll weights of up to 60 tonnes
6.For extreme loads, the conveyor belts are equipped with an additional steel-cord or traverse reinforcement
7.Little maintenance required
